Before You Write
Do you work outside of Millcreek?
Yes. Our yard is in Millcreek, but our crews work across the Salt Lake Valley and the Wasatch Front, from Sandy and Draper to Bountiful and west side industrial parks. For projects beyond that radius we look at scope, duration, and lodging before saying yes.
Do you handle permitting and inspections?
We do. Our project managers prepare SWPPP documents, submit to the authority having jurisdiction, and schedule inspections so your schedule does not stall at the counter. If your contract makes permitting your responsibility, we supply the technical documentation your reviewers ask for.
How soon can you mobilize?
Most projects mobilize within two to four weeks of contract execution. Weather, material lead times, and permit review windows can move that date, and we tell you early when they do rather than promising a start we cannot hold.
