Site Development and Earthwork
Raw ground becomes a buildable site through clearing, grubbing, topsoil stripping, and careful mass grading. We run GPS machine control on dozers and excavators so the pad matches the civil plans within tight tolerance, and we balance cut and fill volumes to keep trucking costs down. Embankments are built in lifts with moisture conditioning and compaction testing at the frequency the engineer of record specifies.
Our sitework scope also includes temporary erosion control, dust suppression, hauling, and pad certification surveys. Whether the project is a half acre commercial pad or a forty lot subdivision plate, the goal is the same: hand the next trade a surface that is flat where it should be flat, sloped where it should be sloped, and compacted everywhere.
